Cher joins us from a long career in B2B business development, most recently from top ten professional services firm, RSM, where she was Head of Business Development: South Region, responsible for the growth of nine offices.
She says: “Design has always been a passion of mine, and I’m looking forward to applying the business development expertise I’ve gained over my career to this field. Red Setter has some genuinely inspiring clients, doing remarkable work, and I want to be part of the team helping them win more work like that.”
Martin has had a long career working with the written word. He started out as a newspaper journalist before moving into corporate press office work and then internal communication. He joins Red Setter after nearly a decade as a freelance copywriter, during which he wrote all sorts of things for all sorts of clients, from blue-chip behemoths to one-man bands. He also co-launched and edited a magazine about road cycling.
He says: “Throughout my career as a writer I’ve been lucky to learn about a whole host of topics. The more I immerse myself in the world of design, brand and creativity the more I realise how much it can achieve. The work Red Setter is doing with its clients to take this message about the value of design to a wider audience is important and I’m excited to be a part of it.”
