Beth has been with Red Setter for over 18 months and is an integral part of our PR team spotting and creating strong media opportunities for our clients. It's time we all found out a little more about her.
Beth tell me something you enjoy about working in brand design PR?
Beth: I love getting to unpick our clients’ minds on everything from how to create pace in experiences to the psychology behind brand strategy. The nerdier the details, the better.
What’s an exciting thing you‘ve noticed in brand design right now?
Beth: I’m enjoying the backlash to ‘blanding’ and how it’s inspiring brands to get playful again. Particularly in the weird and wonderful world of 3D, where studios are using VR and AI to push creativity in new directions.
Share a piece of career advice that’s been helpful to you.
Beth: Stay interested and keep learning. If something’s not ticking both of those boxes then it’s probably time to try something else.
If you hadn’t worked in brand design PR what would you do?
Beth: I always thought it'd be cool to be one of those old school music journalists for Rolling Stone or NME. The ones that got to spend a week hanging out with the band. That fuses together my love for writing and music and would be right up my street.
