Is there room in agencies for employees with a chronic health diagnosis? (as featured in PR Week)

Last week the UK passed the Flexible Working Bill, making it possible to request flexible working from day one.
As someone diagnosed with chronic health issues, our comms director Vicky acknowledged this, by writing an article for PR Week, calling out to agency heads to be more forward thinking about agency roles, and not constrained by the traditional agency structure, allowing people with chronic illness to continue working in a way that's not detrimental to their health.
