Join Claire and Nick to hear first hand his life in design from when he first discovered that design was something he could base a career on, his education, first jobs and how he got to where he is today as co-founder of Saboteur; a people-first agency with no formal job titles, no set holiday allowance, flexible teamwork and open communication. Nick will also be sharing his tips to young designers on how to get in and stand out in the design industry today.
