Champion inclusion and diversity
We champion inclusion and diversity at Red Setter. We know that the most inclusive and diverse cultures make for a better view of the world and help to shape a more tolerant society.
We welcome CVs from people of all backgrounds, anyone with a real passion for the world of brand design. We also work closely with local schools and universities, delivering careers talks and reaching the next generation of PR and brand design people.

Champion women’s health
We are committed to progressive women’s health policies and supporting our staff at every stage of their career. Whether enhanced maternity pay, a commitment to the Miscarriage Association’s Pregnancy Loss Pledge, or the Menopause Workplace Pledge, we ensure our team get the support, understanding and flexibility they need from us.
Our private healthcare policy also includes specific access to menopause advice and support.
As well as being enrolled with our private healthcare provider, each member of the team has a wellbeing allowance of £360 per year – through our partner Heka - which can be spent on anything from yoga classes to massages and food deliveries.
We have a commitment towards addressing mental health in the workplace, offering staff access to free support 24/7 to improve mental health and wellbeing (including talking therapies, a safe online support community and access to meditation apps via our private healthcare provider). We also run agency workshops to understand mental health in the workplace, and how to support someone with a mental health issue.
We celebrate our successes on an ongoing basis and have a fully supportive and collaborative team. As part of this, we have regular social events, and an annual company trip away - we’ve been to Berlin, Madrid, Porto, and Palma and it’s always a chance for us to say thank you and have some fun!
