Champion inclusion and diversity
We champion inclusion and diversity at Red Setter. We know that the most inclusive and diverse cultures make for a better view of the world and help to shape a more tolerant society.
We welcome CVs from people of all backgrounds, anyone with a real passion for the world of brand design. We also work closely with local schools and universities, delivering careers talks and reaching the next generation of PR and brand design people.

We support staff at every stage of their career and are proud to provide private healthcare. All of our healthcare and mental health support is detailed in our policy handbook given to new joiners, but includes enhanced maternity pay and a commitment to the Menopause Workplace Pledge.
Champion you
We celebrate our successes on an ongoing basis and have a fully supportive and collaborative team. As part of this, we have regular social events, and regular company trips away - we’ve been to Berlin, Madrid, Porto, and Palma and it’s always a chance for us to say thank you and have some fun!
