The latest edition of our BRAND DESIGN PR SPOTLIGHT is on Josh Johnson, one of our brilliant account executives at Red Setter that help make the magic happen! Josh joined us just over a year ago and is an integral part of our PR team. It's time we all found out a little more about him.
Josh tell me something you enjoy about working in brand design PR?
Josh: The people. To celebrate the wins of people you care about and genuinely want to see succeed is so gratifying, and I’m lucky to say that the talent and warmth of my clients and team makes the personal investment easy.
What’s an exciting thing you‘ve noticed in brand design right now?
Josh: Seeing more and more emphasis beyond what we see. It’s always interesting to learn about the creative responses to the problem of creating a distinctive brand world - through scent, tactility, or sound.
Share a piece of career advice that’s been helpful to you.
Josh: Stop worrying about the things you can’t control – it’s a waste of everyone’s time!
If you hadn’t worked in brand design PR what would you do?
Josh: I’ve always secretly wanted to work in the video game industry, either in script writing or design. I’d still love to explore that space – perhaps through PR this time!
