Here Sian gives us an insight to her thoughts about working in brand design PR...

Sian tell me something you enjoy about working in brand design PR?

It makes you see the world in totally new ways. I don’t shop the same anymore – or watch TV, read, scroll, engage… The more I learn about how brands are acting, the more it changes how I make decisions in the real world.

What’s an exciting thing you‘ve noticed in brand design right now?

I’m getting a bit obsessed with sonic branding. We’ve spent so long poring over incredible visual assets, it’s exciting to see our clients exploring new ways of bringing brands to life – now we’re listening to them as much as seeing, touching and living with them.

Share a piece of career advice that’s been helpful to you

‘It’s we, not I’. Succeed or fail, we’re always a team.

If you hadn’t worked in brand design PR what would you do?

Probably stayed in journalism. Numbers will never be my thing – I’m all about the words! Or gone totally sideways into something practical like floristry. Flowers bring me so much joy.
