Guide to Agency Growth through Social Media
Social media presents real opportunities for agencies. But many struggle to get the most out this channel. We set out to discover why – and what they can do about it. We looked at the social media presence of more than 200 agencies, interviewed 50 agency leaders, and spent some time with social media consultants, with creative agencies who are doing this well, and with other experts, distilling the essence of how to win at social media.
Our Guide to Agency Growth through Social Media is the result of this work. It allows agencies to benchmark their social media performance and activity against their peers. It highlights the challenges agencies are facing, and offers advice to readers on how to tackle them – it includes a 7-step guide to a successful social media strategy. It is the first report of its kind, and we hope it is a valuable tool for creative agencies.
